Order Tracking:
Lyreco is proud to be able to offer on-line order tracking as one
of the many advantages you gain by ordering with Lyreco.
DHL is Lyreco's courier for 90% of all stationery orders shipped
in Canada. There are however some areas which are not serviced by
DHL, and furniture orders are handled by a specialized carrier
and therefore online tracking is not available at this time.
How
to Track Orders:
It couldn't be simpler. Enter your Sales Order # in the box at the
top of this page, select "Reference Number" and press
"Track Now".
Results:
There are 4 result options that are displayed with date reference.
- Received
Pickup (Billing) Information - DHL has not picked up your parcel
yet
- Freight
out for Delivery - DHL has your parcel on their truck and is
en-route
- Successfully
Delivered - DHL has delivered the package and can provide a
proof of delivery if required simply by pressing the button.
- Multiple
Shipments - If your Sales Order has been delivered on more than
one shipment, DHL will provide details on all shipments referencing
your Sales Order # and the date. Simply select the date (row)
you are interested in and press the SUBMIT button.
